Large cold storage facility in Longmeadow with prime exposure from the N3 freeway. The facility is designed specifically for a temperature controlled environment with ambient and perishable stores. The facility is cross dock with 62 roller shutter doors (32 outbound and 30 inbound). Outbound and inbound yard areas are 56m deep allowing ample room for large vehicle articulation. The site features eave heights ranging from 7m to 13m and is fully sprinkled with pumps and tanks on site (J2 classification). Temperature ranges include 0-4 degrees for chill sortation, 12-14 degrees for ambient and 0-14 degrees for bulk.
