Factory is accessed via two large roller shutter doors and features two 10 ton cranes. Eave height is 7.5m with 6m to the gantries. Three phase power with approximately 250 amps supply. The factory also features staff ablutions and showers with a store room and ops office. There is additional bulk available to increase the size of the factory by 237 m. The office component is modern, double storey and extremely well kept with boardroom, individual as well as open plan offices. Fully air conditioned.
