Proton Park is a newly established secure, access controlled industrial park located in Chloorkop. The park was launched in 2013 and phase 1 comprised 21 zoned and serviced stands ranging in size from 1 000 to 4 500 m² in size. The park is now comprised of 61 industrial stands and spans 22.5 hectares in size. The park has seen substantial growth over the years with developer, owner occupiers and investors all buying into the park. Occupiers include, Manitou, Namcon Logistics and Motorelli.

The park is located on Proton Street, just off Ossewa Street and is well located between Midrand and the East Rand.
