Eastport Logistics Park is new industrial development site along the R21 corridor in Pomona, Kempton Park. The park caters specifically to large logistics users and warehouses are designed to meet their specific requirements. The site measures almost 1 000 000 m² in extent and will ultimately offer 500 000m of prime logistics space. The first three warehouses have already been built and are occupied by Teralco Logistics, Savino del Bene and Clippa Sales. A fourth warehouse has also been completed and is about to be occupied by e-commerce operator Takealot. There is currently a 14 000 m² warehouse vacant and ready for occupation. Plans are already underway for a 50 000 m² facility for Teraco Data Environments and a massive 200 000m facility for Pick ‘n Pay.
