Lakeside, also known as Industrial Village, is an industrial business park in Jet Park located on Estee Ackerman Street with frontage onto Kelly Road. The park consists of 18 units, 11 of which are mini units and measure approximately 350 m² and 7 midi units that measure 1 000 m² to 1 400 m². The larger units have separate entrances for trucks and cars. The park is access controlled and has a large communal yard area for truck access.
