Gosforth Business Park is an industrial estate located within the Gosforth Park precinct in Germiston. The estate offers access controlled security and has been developed by a variety of prominent developers offering sizes from mini units to large distribution centres. Smaller parks like Grand Prix  Park and Dunford Park  have also been developed within the estate. The largest tenants (DHL and House & Home) occupy in excess of 20 000 m² each. These units offer exposure onto the N3 freeway as well. Other users include Gunnebo and Allied MInerals. The estate is located adjacent to Raceway Industrial Park and Randport Industrial, another two successful precincts within the area.
