The ongoing development has been hard to miss as the park has made impressive progress over the past 18 months or so. Eastport itself plans to house 500 000m² of prime warehousing to its tenants once complete. The first warehouse to be developed was tenant driven and became home to Savino del Bene who were previously based in Jet Park. Another warehouse was built almost simultaneously on spec and later was taken up by Teralco Logistics. The next tenant to commit was Clippa Sales and their facility is fast nearing completion and clearly visible from the freeway now.
