We facilitate new industrial and commercial developments for clients, these developments can be either tenant driven or turnkey and can also include joint ventures. We work closely in partnership with well established and reputable developers who have a history of developing prime industrial and commercial facilities. We can also assist in sourcing and securing land for developments.
We ensure all contractual terms are negotiated fairly and correctly during the sale or lease of commercial and industrial property. We have a solid understanding and knowledge of realistically achievable market rentals, as well as escalation rates and other terms and conditions which have an impact on sales and lease agreements. Our services include lease auditing, restructuring, and renewals.
